Dear Young Democrat,

On days like this, I’d rather think about things like these.  At any rate, its time to close out this amazing year and look toward the future, and I hope you’ll do one or both of those things with your fellow Young Dems at one or all of these upcoming events:

• The Montgomery County Young Democrats will not hold a regular meeting this month.  Instead, all Young Dems are invited to meet for a Holiday Happy Hour next Thursday, December 18 at 6:00 pm at Franco’s Ristorante in Dayton.  Please RSVP to me at nolan@nolanthomas.com.
• The Montgomery County Democratic Party’s Holiday Party will take place this Thursday, December 11 at 7:30 pm at Democratic Headquarters, 131 S. Wilkinson St., in downtown Dayton.
• updayton will hold a Perspectives and Pints event this Monday, December 15 at 6:00 pm.  Details appear on the attached flyer.
• Finally, if you can’t make the trip to DC, mark your calendar and plan to watch President Obama’s Inauguration on January 20 at a very special Young Dems get-together.  Details to be announced soon.
