Young Democrats interested in running for Central Committee as Precinct Captains have until February 18th to file a Declaration of Candidacy Form with the Board of Elections. 

Candidates for Central Committee will appear on the ballot during the May 4th Primary Election in their respective precinct. If elected, Precinct Captains will represent their precinct on the party’s Central Committee, have voting power, and be tasked with leading electoral efforts in their precinct.

The Declaration of Candidacy forms are available at the Montgomery County Board of Elections at 451 W Third St. and at Democratic Headquarters at 131 S Wilkinson St or online.
