UpDayton: Year One Report

Over the past year we've talk to hundreds of the Miami Valley's diverse young creatives about their needs, cares and concerns for the Dayton region.  You've blown us away with your passion and enthusiasm to build a better Dayton. 
 
To ensure the entire community hears and understands what you've told us, we've published a summary of our research in the Updayton Year One Report: The Health of Young Talent Attraction & Retention in the Dayton Region.  The report can be downloaded at http://updayton.com/year-one-report/. 
 
Included are the major conclusions we've reached from our 2008 survey, Perspectives & Pints focus groups and 2009 Young Creatives Summit.  We've also included some of your comments and ideas offered at the Summit.
